My little Munster

Continuing with the Halloween theme... No, Astrid is not going as Eddie Munster for Halloween. But her hair does have a perfect widows peak. Doesn't this photo of Butch Patrick as Eddie Munster bring back childhood memories?

I read that Butch Patrick is now a Halloween event consultant. According to the official Munsters website, "His media company and celebrity friends can help any Halloween venue. From first time start up venues to high tech theme parks." Click here to check it out. Not too long ago I saw him on a reality dating show on TV (the show also had Gary Coleman on a date). No love connection for either.

In case you aren't familiar with the TV series. "The Munsters" was a campy sitcom that originally ran from 1964 to 1966 and became a pop culture sensation and lives on in reruns. It's about a family of friendly monsters that have misadventures and never quite realize why people react to them so strangely. The Munster family, who lived at 1313 Mockingbird Heights, is made up of:
*Herman (the father), a representation of Frankenstein's monster
*Lily (his wife), a vampire
*Grandpa (Lily's father), also a vampire
*Eddie (the little son),a werewolf
*Marilyn (the niece), is the only normal one (the ugly duck of the family)
*Spot (the fire-breathing family pet, not pictured), might have been a dragon that lived under the staircase

The show was created by the same team that created "Leave It To Beaver".

Is her hair naturally like that? I guess I hadn't noticed before. It's really cute...

I created the point, but yeah her hair does look funny when you brush it forward like that. I usually brush it to the side.

I always used to brush Isabella's so that it would stick straight up. It made my day.
