A visit from the Pope
Astrid was born on the day the German Pope Benedict XVI was elected Pope, so it seems only fitting that the Pope visits Munich when we're in town. The Pope is from Bavaria, Germany, and is the 265th and reigning Pope of the Roman Catholic Church. He will be giving a speech in the plaza later on today.
