Jerry our friendly neighborhood cat

We discovered Jerry a little over a year ago. He hangs out with the other neighborhood cats on this one street, but unlike a Tom cat, he's super friendly and gentle. Whenever he sees us he'll walk right over to us. Once we fed him and he almost followed us home. Astrid loves him.

No matter how fussy Astrid is, when I ask her if she wants to go for a walk to see Jerry, she immediately snaps out of her funk and always says yes.

This evening I gave our babysitter a camera and asked her if she wouldn't mind taking some photos of Astrid and Jerry together. It's hard to get a good photo when it's dark, but the last one is a keeper!
