Kewl German socks

Here are socks from Germany that Uwe's niece sent for Astrid.

I love these socks because a) they cover the ankle and part of the leg without cutting off the circulation, b) they aren't white, and c) they have an unbusy design to them with a cute bow on the side.

The only thing they don't have is grip on the bottom (but we've since purchase leather shoes for Astrid that she can wear over the socks to give her some tread).

When we got these socks a few months ago they were too big, but now Astrid can wear them.

I had Astrid all dressed up and she looked so adorable, but she was fussy and didn't want her photo taken, hence the photo of just her foot.
