Our nanny told Uwe that Astrid was saying "mama" all day today. Later I found out she had recorded Astrid saying "mama" using her cell phone, so the quality isn't that great. But it's still cute.

You can hear our nanny saying "mamama" first until Astrid says it back. And then at the end it's our nanny who says, "Silly girl."
*For the record, Astrid has been saying mama for awhile now. It was her first word at 4 months. So although it's not ground breaking, it is the first video I can show on my blog so I'm posting it.

Isn't that the most precious sound? What a thoughtful nanny too!
very cute! i'm still waiting for isabella to say mommy. :( i can't blame her though for not saying it since she has fluid in her ears. i'm very excited for when she finally is able to talk.
i agree that your nanny was very thoughtful to do that for you guys. :)
