Astrid's 1st Word

Tonight Astrid spoke her first word and it was "mama". She was sitting in her bouncy chair cooing when Uwe turned to me and said, "Did you hear her? She just said 'mama'." About a minute later she said it again and it was clearly "mama". Not bad for a 3 month old. Of course she probably doesn't know what it means yet, but it's still exciting, both to hear and as a sign of things to come.
