Astrid was telling me about a phrase her one male teacher sometimes uses - "knock it off". Having never heard it used before she deduced what it meant as follows.
"Mr. Sabat says, 'Knock it off'. That means stop. He says that when everybody is doing things that they're not supposed to be doing."
I thought that was pretty good for a 4 year old.

I love to hear much she is figuring things out and I am so impressed with her ability to communicate!
Our oldest grandson will be 4 in October and does not talk at all. He is speech delayed and has to have speech therapy. I would love to be able to hear him say anything.
Astrid can hold up her end of the conversation anytime, and then some it seems! That's awesome! :)
