Presents for Papa

Uwe had mentioned to me that he wants to become the "BBQ Master" this year. Yes, it's summer time in Los Angeles once again and it's time for the grilling to commence. So for Father's Day I got him a BBQ apron & mitt, and 2 BBQ cookbooks. One for beer can chicken (Uwe's done this in the oven and it's delicious!), and Bobby Flay's BBQ book (Uwe loves the dishes that Bobby Flay whips up on the Food Network).Astrid trying on Uwe's BBQ mitt.The Fire Chief - with her BBQ apron and mitt.Ready to start grillin'. I also got a book about things to do with kids in southern CA - for future family outings.
